In 2007, Christopher and Veronica and their family bought 81 acres in rural southern Ohio. They raise grassfed beef, pastured chicken, pastured pork, and their family on those grassy hills. They started raising the healthy meats first for themselves. But many of their friends and family ate the difference while at their house and wanted to buy some to bring home. So they decided to expand and sell locally in Ohio and share the joy of it all with others.
