In 2007, Christopher, his wife, Veronica, and their family bought 81 acres in rural southern Ohio. They raise grass-fed beef, pastured chicken, pastured pork, and their family on those grassy hills. They started raising these healthy meats for themselves at first, but as they served these meats at parties and events, many of their friends tasted the difference and wanted to bring some home to share with their own families. The Wendt family decided to expand and sell locally in Ohio and share the joy of biting into juicy, delicious meat with others.
